History, Export & Archive

Member Upload page gives you the option to see history of thes members uploaded through a file, export that data and archive it.

View Member Upload History

As a club owner/admin, you can see details of all the club member upload history (bulk or individual) from the Member Upload page.

In the Member Upload > Member Upload History section, you get a detailed report of member upload history from the club’s initiation date to the current date. You can see these details about the member upload – File Name, Total members, Date Uploaded, Date Completed, Status, Actions, etc.

File Namedisplays the name of the file uploaded when uploading the member(s).
Total membersdisplays the total number of members uploaded through the file.
Date Uploadeddisplays the date of file upload.
Date Completeddisplays the date of member details upload completion.
Statusdisplays the status of file upload process – Complete, Errors Found, Upload Successful.
Actionsdisplays the actions you can take about the uploaded file - Complete Upload, Review Errors, None, etc.

Member Upload History

To view the member upload history of your club, navigate through Organizations > Member Upload:

  1. Once on the Member Upload page, you will see the upload history and its details in the Member Upload History section.

Download Member Upload History Details

As a club owner/admin, you can download the details of your club’s member upload history on your local machine/PC.

You have two options to download member upload history data – download entire member upload history data, or download member upload history data of a specific uploaded file.

Download Club's Member Upload History Data

To download entire member upload history data of your club, navigate through Organizations > Member Upload:

  1. Click on the Export option in the Member Upload History section. Once clicked, you'll see a new pop-up window.
  2. Select the File Format you want to download from the dropdown – CSV, XLSX, Text, click on Download to download the file in the selected format.
  3. A file will automatically be downloaded to your device containing the entire member upload history data of the club.

Download Club's Member Upload History Data of a Specific Uploaded File

You can also download/export the member upload data of a specific uploaded file. To do that, navigate through Organizations > Member Upload:

  1. Search and locate the uploaded file from the Member Upload History. You can search the file using its Name in the Search Bar.

  2. In case you don't know the filename, you can search through other Search metrics provided - Date of Upload, Status of Upload, Date of Completion, etc.

  3. Once located, click on the three-vertical dots() option, then on Export option. Once clicked, you'll see a new pop-up window.

  4. Select the File Format you want to download from the dropdown – CSV, XLSX, Text, click on Download to download the file in the selected format.

  5. A file will automatically be downloaded to your device containing the file's member upload history data.

Archive an Uploaded File

Archiving a member upload file will remove it from the Member Upload History page and push it to a safe location/page without deleting the file.

To archive a specific member upload file, navigate through Organizations > Member Upload:

  1. Search and locate the uploaded file from the Member Upload History. You can search the file using its Name in the Search Bar. In case you don't know the filename, you can search through other Search metrics provided - Date of Upload, Status of Upload, Date of Completion, etc.

  2. Once located, click on the three-vertical dots() option, then on Archive option. Once clicked, you'll see a new pop-up/confirmation window.

  3. Click on Archive to begin archiving the selected file. On successful completion, you’ll get a message about the file archived successfully.

warning

Archiving the file will remove it from the Member Upload History records page. Do this only when you're sure about it.
